De termijn waarbinnen je de huur moet opzeggen. Voor huurders is de opzegtermijn meestal één maand (per de eerste van de maand). Verhuurders moeten een langere opzegtermijn hanteren, afhankelijk van de huurduur: 3-6 maanden.
