De Portugese gemeentelijke onroerendezaakbelasting, vergelijkbaar met de Nederlandse OZB. IMI wordt jaarlijks geheven op basis van de fiscale waarde van je onroerend goed. Tarieven variëren per gemeente tussen 0,3% en 0,45%.
