Een huurvorm waarbij je een kamer huurt in de woning van de verhuurder die er zelf ook woont. Bij hospitaverhuur geldt een proefperiode van 9 maanden waarin de verhuurder de huur zonder reden kan opzeggen. Daarna gelden normale huurbeschermingsregels.

Hospitaverhuur (Live-in Landlord Rental)
A rental arrangement where you rent a room in the home of a landlord who also lives there. With hospitaverhuur there is a 9-month trial period during which the landlord can terminate without reason. After that, normal tenant protection rules apply.
