Advance Fee Fraud
A form of fraud where you are asked to transfer money before receiving the keys or signing the contract. Never pay rent or deposit without having signed the lease and received the keys. Preferably use the platform as intermediary.

Een vorm van oplichting waarbij je wordt gevraagd om geld over te maken vóór je de sleutel krijgt of het contract tekent. Betaal nooit huur of borgsom zonder het huurcontract te hebben ondertekend en de sleutel te hebben ontvangen. Gebruik bij voorkeur het platform als tussenpersoon.
